What is Anti-static PEEK plate/sheet?
Anti-static PEEK plate is the use of Carbon fiber modified PEEK plastic through the square die extrusion production profile, which is generally black. The anti-static PEEK plate has excellent mechanical properties, heat resistance, wear resistance, chemical corrosion resistance and antistatic properties, and the surface resistivity probe detection is stable at 1E6-1E9Eω /sq. It is mainly used for semiconductor processing auxiliary materials, semiconductor parts, industrial explosion-proof fields, and applications to avoid static electricity generation. It is often used in semiconductor production to handle highly sensitive parts and significantly reduce the damage or destruction of parts during production.
